Then you should try out this Acai Bowl. It's like you can eat an ice cream for breakfast, but instead of a lot of sugar, it contains loads of vitamins.

Acai Bowl - 1 Person - 10 Minutes


Ingredients

Bowl

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberry
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp linseed
  • 1 tbsp acai powder
  • 1 tbsp honey

Topping

  • Popped amaranth
  • Almond butter
  • Crispy spelt flakes
  • 1/4 apple

Method

Blend all ingredients well and top it with popped amaranth, apple, almond butter and crispy spelt flakes.

It's important that the banana is frozen, otherwise, it will be too liquid.
