I have totally fallen in love with beetroots and there is nothing better to make an excellent apple and beetroot smoothie with ?It’s loaded with vitamins and some protein from the linseeds. And the best is, that it comes in such a beautiful bright purple.

About one year ago I started to drink a smoothie every morning. It’s a bit complicated with me, I do love fruits, but I am not going to eat them if they are laying around in my fridge. I do not know why, but already when I was little, my mum had to cut me the apples into small pieces. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have eaten them…:) That’s why I decided to drink a smoothie every morning till I got addicted to it. But to be honest, a smoothie addiction isn’t the worst; there are far more bad addictions anybody could have 🙂

Drinking a smoothie every morning substitutes not only your breakfast but also covers one part of your daily needed vitamins.

Try it out for one week, and you will see how good you feel. No rumbling stomach at 11 AM, more energy, better skin ?
