Apricot Smoothie

Do you have too many apricots at home and don't know what to do with them?

Then lets put them into a delicious smoothie!

Apricot Smoothie - 1 Person - 5 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 apricots
  • 1/2 cup cashew milk
  • 1 tbsp linseed
  • 1 tbsp goji berry (dried ones)
  • 1 tbsp coconut chips
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • a handful ice cubes

Method

Mix all ingredients and blend for a few minutes, until smooth.

Top it with some more coconut chips.
