But don't buy it in the supermarket, as it contains a lot of food additives, extra sugar and almost no vitamins due to the preservation.

Go and buy a ripe mango, buttermilk and yogurt and DIY. IT'S WORTH IT, I PROMISE!

Just put all ingredients in a blender and in 5 minutes you can enjoy a homemade very tasty mango lassi with loads of vitamins :)

Ingredients

  • 1 mango, peeled and stoned
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1/2 lime, juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar

Method

Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
