Mango Smoothie Bowl - 1 Person - 5 Minutes


Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 1 mango-passionfruit yogurt
  • 10 strawberries
  • 1 tbsp coconut chips

Method

Peel the mango and cut all the flesh away from the stone. Blend together with the yogurt in a mixer until smooth. 

Pour the mixture into your preferred bowl and top it with washed and halved strawberries and the coconut chips.

*It will work with every citrus fruit yogurt if you cannot find a mango-passionfruit one.
